Dr. Kate LaTendresse DDS

Owner/Lead Dentist

Dr. Kate’s philosophy is that dental care should be as comfortable and low stress as possible. Treating everyone with warmth and genuine care is her priority. Dr. Kate is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, striving to stay up to date on the procedures she provides. Outside of the office, Dr. Kate spends time with her husband Tyler, and their son Liam. She enjoys fiction novels, local coffee shops, and being outdoors, a credit to being born and raised in the Upper Peninsula. Many weekends she can be spotted out on local hiking trails, browsing at the Kerrytown Farmers Market, and enjoying the local food scene. Dr. Kate looks forward to caring for your dental needs in our office.

Dr. Nikki Moshiri DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Moshiri was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. After achieving her honours in Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor, she moved to Florida to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University. After spending eight years in the sunshine state, she recently moved back North to be closer to her family. Dr. Moshiri has engaged in several additional continuing education courses, reflecting her enthusiasm and interest in cosmetic dentistry. She looks forward to meeting the Ann Arbor community.

Dallas

Dental Assistant

Dallas, an accomplished Dental Assistant at Willow River Dental, combines a solid educational background with a dynamic professional history. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a specialization in allied health and a minor in Chemistry, he is a proud member of the National Biological Honor Society, Tri-Beta. Currently, Dallas is enhancing his expertise by pursuing a Certified Dental Business Professional (CDBP) certification through the Michigan Dental Association. His experience spans several dental practices across the East Coast, including North Carolina, Virginia, and Michigan, bringing a diverse and adaptable skill set to his role as the Lead Dental Assistant.

Outside his professional life, Dallas dedicates time to managing a small farm with his wife Natalie, caring for a variety of animals including dogs, chickens, a rabbit, and guinea pigs. This commitment to both his career and personal life showcases Dallas’s holistic approach, balancing professional excellence with a passion for life and nature.

Tyler LaTendresse MBA

Managing Director

Tyler completed his undergraduate education at Northern Michigan University and his Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University. He has spent most of the last decade working in the IT and Cybersecurity fields supporting both the Washtenaw County Government and the Michigan Army National Guard. Tyler supports the day-to-day operations of our office and is working on several long-term projects to improve our practice. Outside of the office he enjoys an active lifestyle of hiking, skiing, and scuba diving as well as spending time with his family.

Jessica

Dental Receptionist

Jess, our warm and resourceful Dental Receptionist at Willow River Dental, joined us in September 2023, bringing over two decades of experience from her previous role in an orthodontics practice. Her expertise in patient care and her friendly demeanor make her an invaluable part of our team. Married to her husband Jason since 2008, Jess shares a love for the outdoors with her husband and their two dogs, Mila and Teddy.

An avid camper and golfer, Jess relishes the time spent in nature, whether it’s on the green, by the lake, or camping in the great outdoors. Her enthusiasm for these activities is reflected in her approach at work, where she ensures a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient who walks through our doors.
